A unified application for Florida Blue's internal claims team. It consolidates provider data, contract details, pricing, and benefit narratives that used to live across several windows into one workspace.
I turn complex, data-heavy systems into interfaces people can actually work in.

Work
In chronological orderPart of Restaurant Brands International (RBI), the parent of Burger King, Popeyes and others, this app gives Burger King franchise owners a view into their own stores. Store-level data turned into clear dashboards and charts, with a light/dark theme system, so each owner can track progress across their locations at a glance.
An app for Great American Insurance Group adjusters working in the field. It combines ACORD submission intake with a side-by-side document viewer and an Analysis tab that pulls third-party risk and business data (Experian, Verisk, Guidestar, CatNet, RiskMeter) into one screen, so adjusters can assess a case without juggling separate systems on the go.

I'm Lainey, a UX/UI engineer who designs and builds software for complex, high-stakes work. I specialize in enterprise applications: the data-dense tools people rely on all day to do their jobs, where a clearer layout or one fewer open window saves real time and prevents real errors.
I've worked as a contract designer and front-end builder for organizations like Florida Blue, Restaurant Brands International (Burger King), and Great American Insurance Group. That work has meant unifying a claims team's scattered workflow into a single app, turning store data into dashboards franchise owners actually use, and giving field adjusters one place to assess a case. I do both sides: I design the experience and build the front end, so what ships stays true to the intent.
What I care about most is taking something tangled, whether it's legacy systems, dense data, or too many screens, and making it feel obvious.
Let's work together.
